Trump has now agreed to slice up Ukraine with Putin with Trump getting possession of all Ukraine's rare earth minerals and Putin getting control of everything else. For Trump this is simply a real estate deal which can benefit Trump's need for rare earth minerals to boost America's manufacturing industry and for Putin it means he becomes the new Czar of Russia following Czar Nicholas II assassination in 1918, but I'm afraid Vladimir Nikolaevich Megre, 74, has beaten you to the post as he was appointed as Czar Nicholas III of Russia along with his wife, Anastasia of Surgut, as Czarina on 20th Sept 2009 - so stuff that up your exhaust pipe, Mr Putin, and smoke it!!
