The latest definition of people who suddenly murder people for no reason is that they're AUTISTIC and therefore can be excused for killing innocent people because they are off their head. So, voila, little ole Rwandan kid, Axel Rudakubana, 17, in Southport who killed 3 young girls at a rave party for primary school kids is a stark raving mad nutter who has to be excused for murdering them as he's autistic - ha ha ha, is this a JOKE? So, the question is will he ever be prosecuted? Well, things will all be protracted out for months on end and at the end of the day he'll get free board and lodging at His Majesty's pleasure. O well, c'est la vie, that's life as they say in old Chinatown!!
