'When people burn forever in eternal hell are they annihilated - no' St Anthony

Many people are confused as to whether people in hell burn forever or are annihilated? Well, according to Jesus, people are tormented forever and ever with weeping and gnashing of teeth. So, yes, they're still alive ie. their soul does not die. However, there is a possibility that at some stage they could die depending on the level of heat their soul is subject to ie. temps above 2000F could annihilate a soul.
