However, both of them had apparently been drinking heavily and snorting cocaine, so basically both of them were totally out of their minds at the time and at present Jasmine has been charged with manslaughter rather than murder. Anyway, as the only other witness is dead she'll probably get off with a manslaughter charge and a fine rather than jail as Lord Ashcroft is a bigshot there. O well, c'est la vie, that's life!!
