Yep, that's right, folks, after Andy Burnham is shifting No 10 to Manchester Charlie boy is now shifting from Buckingham Palace to his council flat at Clarence House despite spending hundreds of millions of pounds on refurbishing the palace just as Trump is spending hundreds of millions of dollars on refurbishing the White House and then being kicked out at the next election. O well, c'est la vie, that's life as they say in old Chinatown!!
